日本漂浮式海上风电技术进展及示范项目经验

Experience and Enlightenment of Floating Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project in Japan

    目的 日本是最早开始研发漂浮式海上风电技术的国家之一,其技术发展经验可作为我国漂浮式海上风电发展的重要借鉴。
    方法 文章回顾了日本漂浮式海上风电技术早期发展历程,通过梳理其在漂浮式海上风电数值仿真、动态海缆、系泊系统和浮式结构设计等领域研究进展以及多个样机示范项目的实践经验。
    结果 总结分析漂浮式海上风电研发面临的技术难题,示范项目需要考虑的特殊风险以及实现商业化应用仍需突破的难题,为我国发展漂浮式海上风电技术提供参考。
    结论 研究认为需要提高仿真设计精度、优化系泊设计施工技术、突破动态海缆防沉降技术及系统后期运维技术等降低总体成本,从而实现漂浮式风电商业化发展。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Japan has been among the pioneering nations in developing FOWT technology. Its wealth of experience in technology and industry development holds significant reference value for China.
    Method This paper reviewed the early development history of floating offshore wind power technology in Japan. By reviewing its research progress in numerical simulation, dynamic submarine cables, mooring systems and floating structure design of floating offshore wind power, as well as practical experience from multiple prototype demonstration projects.
    Result It summarizes and analyzes the technical challenges faced by the research and development of floating offshore wind power, the special risks that need to be considered in demonstration projects, and the challenges that still need to be overcome to achieve commercial application. It provides reference for the development of floating offshore wind power technology in China.
    Conclusion It is believed that it is necessary to improve the accuracy of simulation design, optimize mooring design and construction technology, break through dynamic submarine cable anti settlement technology, and system post operation and maintenance technology to reduce overall costs, in order to achieve the commercial development of floating wind power.
