Abstract: Introduce the engineering characteristics of coal-fired power plants project briefly and choose a theoretical calculation model-bid section division model based on the theory of transaction cost. Use the bid section division model based on the theory of transaction costs to calculate the result of DUYEN HAI 1 THERMAL POWER PLANT PROJECT's bid sections division, discuss the advantage and disadvantage of this model and put forward the improvement of the theoretical calculation model in actual application.
