Abstract: The article has studied the structure and content of project management (PM) for the engineering company, discussed the project management system construction of design class engineering Company, then learned PM system based on ISO and GB standards and absorbed knowledge from an experiences construction enterprise. Finally we gived assumption for the design engineering company to set up PM standard system. The study will be useful for the design institute in the transition to engineering company to set up and improve the PM standard system.
