220 kV华月线过海电缆隧道盾构修复海上冰冻技术

Seawater Freezing Technology for Reparing Submarine Turnnel in Construction of 220 kV Huayue Line Project

  • 摘要: 目的 220 kV华月线过海电缆隧道工程在盾构推进至+118环时出现险情,隧道被淹,盾构修复必须对正面土体进行加固处理以解决盾构机头处涌砂、涌水的问题。 方法 在综合考虑了各种条件后,利用淡水冻结计算原理,结合现场海水和土样试验数据,尝试海水冻结。 结果 实现了国内首例海上冰冻进行土体加固措施并获得成功。 结论 冻结施工的有效实施,可成功地解决隧道盾构切口处漏水的难题,案例经验和数据极具参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Introduction Under construction in 220 kV Huayue line submarine tunnel project, some emergency danger occurred because of seawater inflow. Method The advantage of freshwater freezing technology had been tried to solve this problem. After several tests of the seawater and soil sample, some calculations were done according to the test data and freshwater freezing theory. Result The problem has been resolved successfully by seawater freezing. The seawater freezing technology has been used for the first time in the nation. Due to this method, the construction can be continuously done according to existing plan, otherwise this tunnel may have to scrap. Conclusion The seawater freezing technology is very efficient and economic to deal with seawater inflow of tuneling under seawater.
