摘要
• 摘要: 随着海外电力市场的竞争日益加剧，海外电力EPC总承包项目的HSE管理已成为电力企业争夺市场的重要筹码。通过对海外电力EPC总承包项目HSE管理特点及存在的问题的分析，进而提出了改善海外电力EPC总承包项目HSE管理的措施，可为我国企业改进海外电力EPC项目的HSE管理提供参考。

   

  Abstract: With the fierce competition of the oversea power market, the HSE management of the oversea power EPC contract project is becoming more and more important for developing market. This paper proposes the improving HSE measures of the oversea power EPC contract project, which can give a good reference to those companies which want to improve the HSE management of oversea power EPC contract project.
