摘要
• 摘要: 中国电力设计企业在海外工程业务的逐年增多，尤其是在当前共建“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的战略构想以及政府对企业发展方向的各项引导政策下，各大电力设计院纷纷走出国门，参与国际市场竞争。然而国际电力工程项目在海外的执行过程中首先遇到的问题就是设计标准的采用。国内外标准在本质上的异同成为广大电力设计人员迫切想要了解的问题。中国电力规划设计协会于2011年以来组织开展中国电力设计标准与国际标准和国外标准比较研究的工作，成立发电工程土建专业工作组，全面推动标准比对工作。文章就是在这些工作的基础上，介绍了国际电力工程项目中土建标准执行的统计情况，以及对中美两国土建专业标准的主要异同做出了梳理，并对中国能源输出可能遇到的标准问题的解决办法进行了讨论。

   

  Abstract: The growing proportion of international projects has been becoming more and more important in the development of China electrical engineering business. The adoption of design codes of different countries is quite confusing and challenging to China engineers. This paper is presented to statistically introduce the implement of civil engineering design codes in international electrical projects, and illustrates the differences and similarities between China design codes and USA design codes.
