核电厂汽轮机主汽阀检修用锁定装置设计研究

Research on Maintenance Locking Device of Main Steam Valve of NPP

  • 摘要: 为避免核电机组主汽门检修时产生位移对设备接口造成影响,文章介绍了主汽阀检修锁定装置在核电机组中的应用。该锁定装置通过调节顶丝杆与主汽阀之间的距离,将主汽阀进行定位并锁定,达到在检修时锁紧主汽阀的功能,从而满足汽轮机厂家关于检修安装时汽轮机接口无应力的要求。同时通过规范的设计,简化施工现场操作难度,达到规范、高精度的检修要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the maintenance locking device of main steam valve in the nuclear power plant. This application is used to avoid main steam valve displacement during maintenance in nuclear power generators. The locking device by adjusting the distance of the screw rod and the main steam valve, the main steam valve positioning and locked, lock tight main steam valve function in maintenance, so as to meet the steam turbine manufacturers on the installation and maintenance turbine interface without stress. At the same time, through the specification of the design, simplify the construction site operation difficulty, achieve the standard, high accuracy of maintenance requirements.
