Abstract: The paper set forth developments of present situation and tendency in the offshore wind farm. The survey and investigation on marine hydrometeorology and meteorological Information, geology and soil data are quite different between land and offshore, due to the conditions are difference. The paper expounds certain maners in survey and investigation and five points of proposal are put forward.
