  • 摘要: 针对海外大型火力发电厂项目物资管理的问题,以管理需求为导向进行流程信息化分析。首先,从外部接口管理的分析到物资管理系统的接口需求,进而从采购内部管理流程中各环节信息化应包含的功能,最后阐述了物资编码在信息化建设的要点。
    Abstract: Regarding to the management in oversea thermal power plant EPC project, based on the requirement of management, this letter analyze the interface with other department or unit and their information input or requirement firstly; then describe the function in the process of procurement management, finally elaborate the key point for coding system in the information construction.
