Abstract:
With the economic and social development, offshore wind power has become an important direction of renewable energy development. Compared with onshore wind farm, the difficulty and economic cost of offshore wind farm construction will be significantly increased, which become one of the constraints of its rapid development. In this paper, a typical offshore wind farm construction was studied. By using risk management process, risks of the main projects including offshore wind turbine foundation construction, turbine installation, submarine cable laying, offshore substation construction was identified, analyzed and treated. The corresponding treatments provide good reference for the similar offshore wind farm construction and installation.
