垃圾焚烧发电的优点及其主机配置方案研究

Advantages of Waste Incineration Power Generation and Garbage Power Station Research on Unit Configuration Scheme

  • 摘要: 随着经济发展,城市生活垃圾越来越多,对比了三种处理生活垃圾方式,阐述了垃圾用于填埋和堆肥不是主要的处理垃圾方式;焚烧方式则更为清洁环保,并已得到大量运用,是城市垃圾处理的主要发展趋势。并对参考垃圾电站采用3×350 t/d、3×400 t/d、2×500 t/d和2×600 t/d四个配置方案进行分析比较,阐述主机如何配置和选型。垃圾电站的技术方案选择应结合工程的实际情况,从技术成熟和应用业绩、运行稳定性、维护工作量、占地面积、投资造价及运行经济性等方面综合考虑,选取最佳工程方案。

     

    Abstract: There are more and more municipal solid waste with the development of economy, This paper compares the three ways of living garbage disposal; waste landfill and composting for this is not the main way of garbage disposal; compared to incineration is more clean and environmental protection, and has been widely used, not necessarily is the main development trend of city garbage disposal.And reference garbage power plant using four configuration schemes——3×350 t/d、3×400 t/d、2×500 t/d和2×600 t/d are analyzed and compared, to explain how to configure and select the unit. Technical scheme of garbage power plant selection should be combined with the actual situation of the project, from the technology and application performance, operation stability, maintenance workload, covers an area of, considering the investment cost and economic operation etc., and select the best project.
