气象灾害信息在输电线路运行维护中的应用分析

Application and Analysis of Meteorological Disaster Information on the Operation and Maintenance of Transmission Line

摘要: 针对目前因各种气象灾害所频频引发的电网事故，详细介绍了我国主要的气象灾害，以及不同气象灾害对电力系统尤其是输电线路的安全运行所造成的危害及影响；对如何有效利用已有的气象预报信息以及输电线路状态监测技术，在实现输电线路的防灾减灾能力提高以及进一步建立相应的预警机制等方面进行了总结归纳，为进一步研究输电线路的防灾减灾技术方面提供了参考。

Abstract: According to the many accidents that caused by the various meteorological disasters the harm and influence of the meteorological disasters on the safe operation for power systems, especially on the transmission line are detailed introduced in this paper. Besids, how to utilize the existing weather forecasting information and the condition monitoring technology of transmission line, to improve the disaster prevention of transmission line effectively are present, and how to establish appropriate early warning mechanism is described as well, some conclusions would provide reference for the further study on disaster prevention of transmission line.
