Introduction  In order to learn from the development experience of the Singapore power market, analyze its settlement and risk management characteristics, and provide suggestions for the construction of power market in South China.

  Method  After a ten-day research and study on the Singapore′s power market, the author combined with her own experience in the construction of the power market in the southern region to form this paper.
