Risk Analysis and Counter Measures Research of Oversea Power EPC Project

摘要: 随着国内电力市场竞争的日益激烈,许多电力企业开始进入国际市场开拓业务,但由于经验不足,对风险认识不深刻,给企业带来了较大的经济损失。文章通过对海外电力EPC项目前期、设计、采购、施工及交付等各环节的风险进行了分析,并提出了针对性的预控措施,旨在为我国电力企业开展海外EPC电力总承包业务提供参考。Abstract: With the fierce competition of the power, more and more power companies start to expand the international market, while many companies has got great economic loss because of inexperience or making little of risk. With the risk analysis of the preliminary stage of project, engineering, procurement, construction and handing over, it proposes the corresponding counter measures,which can give a good reference to those expanding international market companies.
