Discussion on the Problems and Solutions of Contract Management in the Process of “Design Enterprise-engineering Company” Transformation

摘要: [目的] 在设计企业向工程公司转型过程中,基于面向业主所建立的经营合同管理制度不能满足企业生产经营及风险控制的需求。 [方法] 通过对合同评审工作的梳理和分析,总结出存在的几点主要问题并提出了完善措施及合理化建议。 [结果] 转型的过程中,需要与工程公司相匹配的合同管理制度,方能合规运作,防范风险。 [结论] 文章的问题梳理过程和完善措施可以为设计企业向工程公司转型过程中合同管理制度的完善提供有益借鉴。Abstract: [Introduction] As design enterprises are transforming to engineering companies, the old approach of income-based contract management can no longer meet the requirements of safe operation and risk control. [Method] Through the analysis of the contract review, this paper summarized the main problems and put forward some improvement measures and suggestions. [Result] In the process of transformation, only the suitable contract management system, can the engineering company operate in compliance and prevent risks. [Conclusion] The measures mentioned in this paper can provide useful references for the improvement of contract management system in the transformation process of the design enterprise to the engineering company.
