Abstract:
Combined with the actual situation, needs, and developing plan of demonstration area, to build an energy supply system mainly supplied by renewable energy and an individual energy supply system for homes and buildings; to build a dedicated energy management system frame, put forward building pattern for advanced smart grid and new customers' experience and standards for multi-layer intelligent grid and energy management system, design an advanced grid to offer total new experience. Offer a new construction pattern for energy utilization system and smart grid for future grids. Therefore, not only fulfill current need of energy management system and smart grid, but also adapt to new technology trend and the future city development to the maximum.

Abstract:
Intelligent power plant is the future development direction of power generation enterprises,is the advanced stage of power generation enterprise information application, it is interdisciplinary mutual penetration, mutual support, to achieve the integration of information technology and industrialization of the only way. From the perspective of practical engineering point of view, the contents of intelligent power plant planning and construction of four levels were introduced. By purposeful, planned, phased and far-sighted implementation to realize intelligent power plants, thereby enhancing the efficiency of power generation companies and reducing costs.

Abstract:
Currently, economic transformation,upgrading and electricity reform make a profound influence on China Southern Power Grid, high quality and efficiency and innovation-driven development are the intrinsic requirement of CSG. Using big data to enhance lean management, developing diversified are important subjects of CSG. The philosophical nature of big data was analyzed, and the driven force of development big data was discussed. The essence of power big data is "big data+power grid", and based on this the value and significance of power big data were discussed. A general framework of power big data was presented. Important tasks on the framework to develop big data were suggested. The general framework and tasks make certain significance to develop big data for CSG.
Discussion on the Digital Design Technique Promoting the Transformation of the Electric Power Design Institutes

Abstract:
Along with the advancement of electric power system reform, the change of the electric power survey and design market has promoted the Electric Power Design Institutes to speed up the transformation of international engineering companies to seek survival and development. The digital-3D design technique plays an important role in improving the market competitiveness for institutes. Firstly, this paper analyzed the new situation of markets that institutes face. The characteristics of Digital-3D design technique were introduced secondly. Then, the great effects of this technique in the EPC+O projects were analyzed. Finally, the status and problems exist of this technique were discussed. This paper pointed out the digital-3D design technique is faced with valuable opportunity now. It suggests that the Electric Power Design Institutes should take the innovation of design technique as important development strategy in the transformation process.
Roots of Operation Difficulties and Key Influence Factor Analysis for Futher Development of Yunnan Small Hydropower Projects:Take One Project in Diqing Area as an Example

Abstract:
More than ten years, small hydropower development in Yunnan province still has been facing many difficulties, some projects has been operated less-than-desirable.With the purpose to identify the decisive factors which influence the economic benefits of small hydropower stations, we analyzed the crux of the current small hydropower operation difficulties, and carried out an objective development opportunities research. With the examples of real projects, this paper on the one hand, started with the operation and financial data, excavated and analyzed internal and external factors that affecting the project, so that to put forward the short-term trend;On the other hand, combined with the current construction environment and external policies, the paper analyzed several key factors that would decide small hydropower projects, comprehensived and objectived opportunities and threats. This work provides some guidance for small hydropower projects investment in the future.

Feasibility Study on FW-Pump Steam Drive Turbine Exhaust Heating Technology

Abstract:
The technical reliability and economic benefits of energy saving technology of FW-pump steam drive turbine exhaust steam heating technology was analyzed. The results show that the technology has an obvious energy-saving effect and significant economic returns. Relative to the conventional winter heating system, using heating-net circulating backwater as a small turbine condenser cooling medium, to recover turbine exhaust heat recovery and improve the water return temperature in order to reduce heating steam consumption, has a very good application prospects, and can achieve the dual purpose of increasing thermal efficiency and energy saving.
Research on the Influence of Distributed Photovoltaic System on Distribution Network Protection Using DIgSILENT

Abstract:
With the continuous inflow of distributed generation, the traditional single-power radiation network becomes a two-terminal or even multi-terminal network which will change power flow and short-circuit current distribution to affect reliability and sensitivity of the relay protection device based on quick-break and over-current principle and the coordinate of upper and lower line protection device. Firstly, Distributed PV systems and the concrete distribution network simulation model were established using DIgSILENT in this paper, then the influence of different location access to power gird and different PV systems capacity on short circuit current and line protection of distribution network were quantitatively analyzed. In the end, different solutions and strategies were proposed to solve the problem.
Thermo-mechanical Analysis of Feedwater Nozzle for Steam Generator

Abstract:
Thermal fatigue crack problems of the feedwater nozzle for steam generator have attracted widely attentions, but haven't yet been fully resolved. Depending on the application characteristics of finite element analysis, we developed finite element software ATLAS by directly programming to hardware with OpenGL graphics engine VBO, FBO and GLSL technologies. By fully using of three-dimensional rendering capabilities of the GPU, ATLAS provided a large-scale highly interactive visualization environment for engineers. ATLAS was used to simulate the thermal stress of the feedwater nozzle. A simplified model of the nozzle finite element analysis was created, and the loads and temperature boundary conditions of the nozzle were added on the interior surfaces. The thermal stress curve was obtained after conducting structural thermal stress analysis. We found that ATLAS can accurately import CAD models, mesh, apply a variety of conditions, and complete the numerical simulation of the thermal stress of the nozzle. ATLAS results were consistent with those of ABAQUS calculation, so its accuracy was assured. Finally, we validated the results and draw conclusions.
Different On-line Monitoring Systems Access Scheme of the Converter Station

Abstract:
At present, the converter station on-line monitoring systems includ:the on-line monitoring system of converter-transformer, the on-line monitoring system of HGIS/GIS. Because each system has a separate site collection unit and system, so different manufacturers' analysis software, device interfaces and communications protocols often not compatible, the monitoring data can not be shared, leading to on-site installation and commissioning work capacity, operation and maintenance are extremely inconvenient. In order to save the costs of the converter station equipment and maintenance costs, we built a comprehensive on-line monitoring system, it prompted on-line monitoring system from one isolated, stationary systems to the networked, integrated intelligence on-line monitoring system.
Energy Saving Driving System for Closed Circulating Cooling Water Pump

Abstract:
Concerning the problems of low-flow, high-head and high-energy-consumption that existing in the operation of closed circulating cooling water pump in winter, the scheme of two-speed motor has been selected from a variety of feasible solutions, which is the most cost efficient and best solution for operation. The feasibility, technical and economic efficiency of the scheme have been analyzed and demonstrated. The results show that the scheme has the advantage of reducing the energy consumption, and has remarkable energy-saving effect. Guangxi Qinzhou 2 GW power plant is the first one implementing this scheme in domestic. Compared to the conventional scheme, these two units can save 1.231 2 GWh each year, and generate the total amount of revenue of RMB4,085,300 during the full life circle. This scheme can be widely used in the design of the cooling water system for auxiliary machines in various types of power plant.

Abstract:
Offshore wind energy offers a huge potential for the expansion of renewable energies in China. High demands have to be made concerning foundation design and construction methods to find an economically and technically optimal solution. A promising foundation concept which can be more and more widely used in large capacity offshore wind turbines is the super monopile. It is important to quickly find out the availability of monopile, which is determined by factors such as the natural frequency of the turbine-foundation system, the horizontal displacement and the drivability of large-diameter steel piles.Based on the design practice and experience of some offshore wind farms in Guangdong Province, the flow chart and key points were summarized, which can be applied to the design of pile foundation offshore wind turbines.

Abstract:
According to the problems in ETS protection of Shenzhen Mawan Power Company 5#-6# plants,the system was redesigned.The original system has been splitted into Turbine ETS system and water pump METS system. The protection system has been optimized,and the original size of the ETS system for protection cross, inconvenience of the maintenance of insulation has been solved. At the same time, the latest DCS system was adopted to solve the problem of hardware aging and spare parts procurement, which greatly improved the safety performance of the steam turbine protection system.

Abstract:
With the diversification of electricity demand, users' requirements of power quality and power reliability are getting higher, the traditional power grid is unable to meet the new electricity demand. And distribution network automation has become an inevitable trend. The real-time monitoring, protection and control of the distribution network can make the distribution network more secure, reliable and efficient. Some domestic areas where economy is developed and power grid is advanced, pilot project of distribution network automation pilot has been carried out in 2008. In this paper, we took pilot project as an example and studied the status of distribution network automation, the reliability benefits distribution network automation brings, and summarized from the early decision-maed stage to the operation in conducting the distribution network automation project. This paper can provide guidance for carrying out distribution network automation in other areas.
220 kV GIS Compact Indoor Layout Research with Overhead Line

Abstract:
Statistical dates show that the failure rate and defect rate of 220 kV GIS are obviously higher when arranged outdoor than indoor, while the occupied area and civil engineering investment of indoor layout increase significantly. The research of compact indoor layout scheme in this paper is based on the investigation results of five 220 kV GIS domestic mainstream manufacturers. Research results including:optimization of 220 kV GIS room width to 11 meters, recommend using double or glyph overhead line when the field width is limited, recommend cancelling independent architecture of outlet and inlet line and decorating the outlet line equipment on the roof when the field length is limited, etc. The above research results can be applied to solve the reserve site tension situation of the 220 kV GIS indoor layout, and further reduce the cost of civil engineering while improving the economic benefit of whole life cycle.

The results can be used as a prefabricated substation architectural design of a kind of reference, provide the reference for application of prefabricated construction in the future.

Abstract:
The electric power system communication network is an important infrastructure. At present, it is mainly builded with traditional SDH/MSTP technology. With the intelligent power grid requirements, the traditional optical network is no longer able to adapt to the fast growing electric power system service requirements. Thus, the intelligent optical network is coming,ASON represents the developing direction, and it can solve the bandwidth for rapid deployment, end to end configuration and service protection/restoration and other issues, which provides reliable network control capabilities. This paper discussed the application of China Southern Power Grid Company by using the protection/restoration mechanism service intelligence technology of ASON intelligent optical network to achieve power service self-healing of anti-multi-point malfunction,which has improved the reliability of the network, and laied the foundation for the intelligent communication network for the next step.

Abstract:
This paper mainly discussed whether the modified synchronous signal of GPS emission could be recognized by R2 SINC 2024, whether multi beam system could use the GPS RTK high precision positioning technique without tidal operations. By modifying the LEICA GPS, joining the PPS second pulse transmitting module, synchronous signal were provided for multi-beam system. By analyzing the results of field experiments, modified LEICA GPS PPS second pulse transmitting module can be identified by R2 SINC 2024, at the same time, because of the high precision positioning information using the GPS RTK output, the quality of multi beam system bathymetric data was significantly improved.
Iteration Regularization Reconstruction Method for Electrical-capacitance Tomography

Abstract:
The image reconstruction method plays a crucial role in successful applications of the electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) visualization measurement method. In this paper, a new imaging method was proposed to improve the reconstruction quality. In the proposed imaging method, a new cost function was put forward to convert the image reconstruction problem with the focus on the ECT imaging into an optimization problem. A new iteration method that encapsulates the advantages of the split Bregman (SB) method was developed to effectively solve the cost function. Numerical experiment results indicate that the proposed imaging method can ensure the numerical stability of the ECT image reconstruction and significantly improve the reconstruction quality. The findings of the study provide an effective method for the image reconstruction task in the ECT imaging.
Instability Analysis of Soft Foundation with Vacuum-Surcharge Preloading

Abstract:
Vacuum-surcharge preloading was adopted to deal with the soft foundation of a bridge and road connection section of a highway in Guangdong Province, during which an overall instability and slippage of the foundation occurred. In order to analyze the cause of subgrade slippage, based on engineering design, observation and investigation after glide, this paper made an analysis and calculation of the stability of land-slide body, it is concluded that the filling height of the embankment in the limit state is 4 m. The problems which need to be paid attention in the process of investigation, design, monitoring and construction were also discussed, which accumulate certain experience for stability control of applying vacuum-surcharge preloading to deal with soft foundation.

The concrete crack accident happened on the tanks concrete structure at BOP area of a thermal power plant in Vietnam.These cracks seriously affected the appearance and function of the concrete tanks.In order to analysis the detailed reasons and gain the related experience on crack controlling,hereby the author do the studying and analysis on the reasons of cracks based on the construction actual site situation,test result of material and the related technical documentation.According to the below analysis,the raw material and concrete producing process were the main reasons that caused these cracks.For the subsequent projects,the material and producing process shall be gained pertinent measures following the service environment to achieve the expected controlling effects.
Application of Pile-Rock Anchor Composite Foundation in Transmission Line

Abstract:
In some mountainous areas, the geological condition is that the upper part is soil while the lower part is rock. In order to solve the difficulty of manual excavation in pile foundation, in this paper we analyzed the pile-rock anchor composite foundation, and put forward the key technical points of its design. Compared with traditional foundation, the results show that:under the premise of bearing capacity, the pile-rock anchor composite foundation is superior to the traditional foundation in the amount of reinforcement, the amount of concrete and the construction speed. Pile-rock bolt composite foundation has good technical and economical effect in high voltage overhead transmission line, so it has good promotion effect in engineering application.
Application of Self-balanced Static Load Test in the Transmission Line Project

Abstract:
Due to the remote location, there are difficulties in the transmission line project using the traditional pile static load bearing capacity test, the self-balanced static load test can solve the problem of limited the condition of the site or limited tonnage, which is simple and rapid economic, and has been applied in a variety of pile types, especially the pile with large diameter and large tonnage. In this paper, two typical test examples of transmission line engineering were selected, combined with the characteristics of the industry on the self-balanced static load test which was summarized and discussed, two kinds of common type of pile performed well, which can provide a reference for future in transmission line engineering detection.
Research on Different Treatments of Karstic Earth Cave Based on a Gas Turbine Power Plant

Abstract:
The advantages and disadvantages of different ground treatment schemes of power plant engineering in karst region have been invesigated in this paper. Based on the foundation treatment process of a domestic gas turbine power plant, this paper compared the two soil-treatment methods from three aspects, such as the ease of construction, economy and treatment effects, and summarized the merits and demerits of the two methods. The comparison results show that only depending on the geological characteristics and specific structure features and security levels, using two kinds of ground treatment schemes in combination, we can achieve a balance between safety and economy, and achieve the best effect of the foundation treatment.

This paper described the principle, technical process and operation method of the virtual reality technology in the application of highway asset management. It provided a new rapid acquisition technology for the asset management of expressway. After the verification of this topic, a number of acquisition technologies such as UAV, laser scanning and 360° panorama can quickly obtain highway asset information, achieve rapid updates of highway assets, meet the needs of meticulous management, highway applications in the promotion of a broad application prospects.

A Kind of Key-transfer Interlock Device Using in Power Stations & Distribution Networks in Place of the Computer-based Five-preclusion Interlocks System

Abstract:
There are two types of five-preclusion interlocks in power system at home and abroad. Almost all other countries except China are using key-transfer type of five-preclusion interlocks. Being fully understanded the actual situation of the two five-preclusion interlocks and model selection has been our focus. In this investigation we listed essential shortcomings of microcomputer based on five-preclusion interlocks, introduced the working principle of two kinds of five-preclusion interlocks, pointed out that the key-transfer type five-preclusion interlocks have the characteristics of simple structure, clear logic, non-electronic components, completely maintenance free, which have been using in all domestic nuclear power plants, all pumped storage power stations and representing the trend and development direction of five-preclusion interlocks technology. We also listed examples of installation key-replacement type five-preclusion interlocks. The results show that the key transfer five-preclusion interlocks is obviously better than computer-based five-preclusion interlocks for power distribution network and power plant.This work provides some guidance for selection of any five-preclusion interlocks.

Abstract:
With the short supply of global resource and environmental problems becoming more and more prominent, metering and the data collection of energy consumption are mentioned to a new height. By studying the electricity, water, gas, heat, cold and other advanced measurement integration system, this paper studied the application of smart grid technology in intelligent community, which formed the intelligent community integrated advanced measurement system. In order to ensure the successful implementation of advanced measurement system project, project cost control is essential. In order to achieve comprehensive cost control of Multi-Smart Metering project, and ensure the collection and measurement of variety energy, the multi-smart metering scheme and cost model were put forward in this paper, which is suitable for the promotion and development of varies areas multi-smart metering project in recent years. Thus, the Multi-Smart Metering project's cost model provided by this paper, is more conducive to the construction of smart electricity and intelligent community, and helpful to the development of smart city.
Analysis of the Cost Level of Pumped Storage Power Station During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract:
Adapt to the new demand for investment control during pumped storage price mechanism marketization, the method of total score and classification comparison was used in the paper, mainly from the level of budget and final accounts, each part of the investment ratio and cost level, almost closing level contrast aspects of system analyzed the cost of the pumped storage for ten years. The results show that pumped storage unit kW cost will continue to rise, the hub building investment control needs to improve the design level, the existing rules in a separate charge part has great discrepancy to the actual pump storage power station construction and so on. Some management suggestions to improve the cost control level has been put forward in the paper.

Abstract:
Under the vigorous promotion of national policies, the construction of underground pipe gallery with large investment has developed rapidly. The investors face greater financial pressure. The article analyzed the cost level and cost composition of the UPG, and discussed the influence of the construction conditions, coordination with the underground project, section size, dwell depth, the old pipelines migration to the cost level. It provides a reference for the planning and design of UPG, the estimated preparation and the cost management, and helps to control the cost of UPG effectively and the sustainable development of the UPG.

Research on the Depreciation Rate and Return on Investment of Power Transmission and Distribution Pricing

Abstract:
At present, the gap between China's power grid transmission and distribution business profitability and reasonable return level is still large, which can not meet the normal development needs of power grid enterprises. It is necessary to consider the relationship between the depreciation rate and the rate of return, so that the return of the power transmission and distribution business of the power grid enterprise will gradually reach the reasonable and feasible level. This paper analyzes the influence of the above parameters on transmission and distribution price in qualitative and quantitative aspects, and puts forward some suggestions on how to determine the depreciation rate and return on investment.

Discussion on Risk Management of Offshore Wind Tower Engineering Under EPC Mode

Abstract:
According to the established offshore wind power development goal of National Energy Administration(NEA), China will increase the intensity of offshore wind power development. Offshore wind tower(OWT) has been built to obtain the measured data of wind resources within the site. There are high risks during construction since the construction conditions of the OWT are complex. Proper risk management is a necessary condition for the successful construction of the OWT under EPC mode.In this paper, project management practices of OWTs in Guangdong under the EPC mode were used for demonstrating the main contents of the OWT EPC contract and the corresponding various risks in different stages. A preliminary study on risk management was made based on an OWT project risk management examples. The results are shown that there is a considerable degree of risk in the construction of OWT and the risk management objectives of the project can be achieved by adopting reasonable risk management measures. This work provides some guidance for further study on similar engineering project.

Abstract:
The article has studied the structure and content of project management (PM) for the engineering company, discussed the project management system construction of design class engineering Company, then learned PM system based on ISO and GB standards and absorbed knowledge from an experiences construction enterprise. Finally we gived assumption for the design engineering company to set up PM standard system. The study will be useful for the design institute in the transition to engineering company to set up and improve the PM standard system.
Analysis of Advance Tax Planning for Overseas EPC Project

Abstract:
With the establishment of "the Belt and Road" Initiative of Chinese government, Chinese contractors are contracting more and more EPC Projects overseas. Because of different laws and tax regulations of different countries and regions, the project experience of Chinese contractors in one country might not be suitable for another. In this article, wrong practices and typical risks of advance tax planning for overseas EPC Project are firstly discussed, in order to avoid those risks. Key points of advance tax planning are then discussed, including making comprehensive investigation of tax regulations of both the country where the project located and China, making reasonable arrangements in EPC contracting, and taking into consideration of the influence of cash flow arrangements to tax compliance, etc. A good advance tax planning is precedent to smooth execution of EPC Project and the fulfillment of profit of Chinese Contractors as well.
Research on the Organizational Management of Power Grid Projects Supervision

Abstract:
The organizational management of production management department in supervision enterprises is the basis of good supervision service, which can create good conditions for the output of supervision service products and enterprises' profits. It is worthy of consideration on how management works to grasp the direction of the supervision development which enterprises should accord with,achieving the sustainable development of enterprises under the background of supervision industry being going through a trial period of reform.This work proposed the core competencies and key improvements of supervision enterprises' management by analyzing the common problems and the internal and external industrial environment which all the power grid supervision enterprises are facing.The results show that supervision enterprises can not only improve supervision service quality but also reduce production costs by improving the core competencies and key improvements,which will contribute to achieving the goal of sustainable development.Thus,to adapt to the development of the industry, enterprises should constantly adjust the focus of management by taking organizational management measures accorded with the internal and external environment.
Discussion on Influence Factors and Management Strategy of Virtual Team in Power Projects

Abstract:
This paper identified the influence factors of virtual team of Power Projects on the management, such as virtual team formation, resource conflict, communication problems, individual characteristics, performance management. Based on the research results of virtual teams in the reference, management strategy of virtual team is discussed including clear and coherent goals on the project, the human resource coordinated management, communication management, building of harmonious culture. Finally, this paper introduced the characteristics and experience of virtual team on the management for improving the management level of virtual teams of Power Projects.
Discussion on Building Equipment and Material MIS for Overseas Power Plant EPC Construction Project

Abstract:
The current development situations and main problems of equipment and material management are disscussed for the EPC construction project. The main working links and management process were proposed from the perspective of EPC contractor for on-site equipment and material management, which shall be regarded as the rear links for the construction project supply chain. It is directly related to the project success. The main function module and configuration requirement were proposed on the basis of real practice of Vietnam Vinh Tan 1 BOT Coal-fired Power Plant Project among multi-parties collaborative thinking come from construction supply chain. Resources collaboration among different parties on equipment and material by EPC contractor is emphasized during the power plant construction process, the management effectiveness can be improved when information symmetry is reached. The importance of equipment defect management is emphasized at last.

Abstract:
As the most important factor in the general contracting management system, schedule management is restricted by many factors such as safety, quality, resource input and so on, while the effect of implementation is crucial to the realization of the overall goal of the project. In this paper, the two million-kilowatt EPC project of Jiangxi Datang International Fuzhou Power generation limited company is taken as an example. The experiences of planning and schedule management of each phase of million-kilowatt EPC project are summarized, and some problems are analyzed and recommendations are given.
Research on Design Management for Renovation Project in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract:
With the increased requirement of energy conservation and environmental protection, renovation of thermal power plants has been the inevitable trend. Good management was analyzed from the view of design management in renovation projects, emphasized on communication management, schedule management and quality management by using the PMBOK design management methods. A scientific design management method in renovation projects of thermal power plant is proposed. The results are shown that the design efficiency of renovation projects is improved.

Abstract:
Performance management is an important means for enterprises to motivate employees to restrain their behaviors and improve their work motivation. However, the reality of the enterprise performance management results is not very desirable, which often exists unreasonable performance evaluation index, unscientific evaluation subject, insufficient use of performance appraisal results and so on. These problems make the result of performance appraisal, which can't rise to arouse the enthusiasm of employees, and stimulate staff's work enthusiasm. In this paper, from the related theories of performance management, analysis of these problems, and according to some principles of scientific and effective management methods put forward related suggestions, and combined with the case of certain engineering company carried on the thorough discussion, in order to improve the performance management for the enterprise, stimulate staff's work enthusiasm to provide reference.
Construction of Performance Assessment Model Based on Comprehensive Budget Management — Take a Subsidiary of an Engineering Company as an Example

Abstract:
As an important means of modern enterprise financial management and internal control, the comprehensive budget management and performance assessment have played an important role in the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. In this paper we analyzed the problems existing in the comprehensive budget management and performance evaluation, and discussed the establishment of a performance appraisal mode based on the comprehensive budget management. We adopted interviews, case analysis and other methods to make a diagnosis and research on the subsidiary company of certain design institute and established a cooperative assessment system of budget management, KPI and performance appraisal. Through the construction of this model, it can stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees, combine the personal goals with the enterprise development goals. The results can be applied to the current and future performance assessment of the subsidiary and have a certain reference to the performance management of similar enterprises.
Practice Research of Technical Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions of Power Supply Companies

Abstract:
Along with the fast development of market economy and the deepening power regulation reform, the competition among the power supply companies becomes fierce. Meanwhile, the mergers and acquisitions become more frequently. To promote the efficiency and the success rate of the merger and acquisition, the technical due diligence may contribute to it. The author fortunately participated in a typical merger and acquisition of a power supply company, as a member of the technical due diligence team. The technical due diligence evaluated the power assets to be taken over, which were divided into eight aspects including power system planning, electric primary, electric secondary, civil, transmission lines, communication and power distribution network. The outcome was acceptable to for both the acquirer and the acquiree, making the acquisition work smoothly. It may also serves as an example for the future mergers and acquisitions in power industry. Therefore, in a merger and acquisition where technical threshold exists such as power industry, a technical due diligence is necessary apart from financial, law, and land property due diligences, which can offer a technical risk assessment and some probable rectification measures to the acquirers.

The results can give reference for other NPP to compile high quality and executable job specification.
