Research on the Analysis Method for Wind Power Generating Output Characteristic and Cluster Effects

Abstract
A framework for wind power generating output characteristic analysis has been proposed from the perspective of time and space distribution. The proposed framework includes long-term and short-term generating output characteristic analysis of a single wind farm, the relation of long-term fluctuation and the complementation of short-term fluctuation of wind farms cluster. The proposed method was applied to an analytic study of Wenchang wind farm, Danzhou wind farm, Dongfang wind farm and the Hainan wind farm cluster to reveal its rationality and feasibility.
