Research on the Influence of Power Battery and Charing Infrastructure Technology on the Energy Supply Mode of Electric Vehicles

  • Electric vehicle energy supply has two kinds of typical model—battery charging and battery replacement, the choice is closely related to battery size, energy density, manufacturing cost, battery management system and charging infrastructure .This paper describes the development level of the lithium iron phosphate and ternary material lithium ion battery which are most widely used in electric vehicles at home and abroad. At the same time, we analyze the requirements on electric vehicle batteries and charging infrastructure for the two modes, then draw the conclusion that which condition is suitable for battery charging or battery replacement.
