Optimization and Application of Steam Temperature Control System Base on Mechanism Model

Abstract
Aiming at the difficulties and requirements of superheated steam temperature control in thermal power units, conventional cascade control system can not achieve good control effects, dynamic error of steam temperature is difficult to be controlled within the required range especially in the wide range of load change. Analyzed the theory of double loop steam temperature control system base on mechanism model and its configuration method of control parameter and optimized the control scheme. Applied to the superheated steam temperature control of 300 MW CFB unit, the results shown that the steady state performance and the dynamic performance are of good quality, and it can adapt to the wide range of load change. The control scheme can flexibly configure the time constant of the inertia transfer function in the steam temperature control and adjust the gain of the controller parameters, thus it has a good promotion in engineering applications.
