Research on Optimal Strategy of Distribution Network Planning Based on Lifting the Equipment Utilization Benefit

  •   Introduction  The traditional distribution network planning focuses on the necessity of power grid construction based on the operation problems and development demand of power grid, and the operation cost and reliability are ignored. It’s not conductive to the efficient operation of power supply enterprises.
      Method  The concept of equipment utilization benefit was put forward, and on this basis, the evaluation model and optimal strategy of distribution network planning scheme based on lifting equipment utilization benefit were proposed.
      Result  The results of example show that the evaluation model makes a comprehensive quantitative analysis of life cycle cost, safety, efficiency and benefits of different planning schemes, which makes the optimization results of planning schemes more scientific and reasonable.
      Conclusion  This optimal strategy has the feasibility and the superiority, has provided the important basis for the actual distribution network planning work.
