Research on the Risk Analysis and Control of the Offhore Substation

Introduction With the rising of the demand for the environmental protection, Offshore wind power industry in China becomes vigorous, investors pay more attention to make sure the offsore wind power safe. Method In this paper, with risk management process, risks of the survey、design、building、construction、transportation、installation of the offshore substation were analyzed comprehensively. Result The treaments for the risks of borehole layout、confirmation of marine soil parameters、fatigue failure、building、 piling、construction window period、transportation and installation of integral assembling of the offshore substation are put forward. Conclusion The conclusion of this paper is the reference for the risk management of offshore wind farm.
