Discussion on the Problems and Solutions of Contract Management in the Process of “Design Enterprise-engineering Company” Transformation

Introduction As design enterprises are transforming to engineering companies, the old approach of income-based contract management can no longer meet the requirements of safe operation and risk control. Method Through the analysis of the contract review, this paper summarized the main problems and put forward some improvement measures and suggestions. Result In the process of transformation, only the suitable contract management system, can the engineering company operate in compliance and prevent risks. Conclusion The measures mentioned in this paper can provide useful references for the improvement of contract management system in the transformation process of the design enterprise to the engineering company.
