Abstract
Grid line inspection field operation has characteristics of mobility and large-scale operation, which is difficult to be supervised in time and accurately and there are lack of effective collection standards and evaluation support tools for statistics of task workload, task execution situation, task execution, and operation time. This paper fully considers line inspection job characteristics and evaluation difficulty, then designs and implements a field operation evaluation system of line inspection based on location based service(LBS) technology. The results show that the evaluation system could effectively solve the existing problems of mobile workers in job evaluation and performance appraisal, then improve work efficiency of grid line inspection field operation and reduce human resources costs.
