Research on the Risk Analysis and Control of the Offhore Substation

  • [Introduction] With the rising of the demand for the environmental protection, Offshore wind power industry in China becomes vigorous, investors pay more attention to make sure the offsore wind power safe. [Method] In this paper, with risk management process, risks of the survey、design、building、construction、transportation、installation of the offshore substation were analyzed comprehensively. [Result] The treaments for the risks of borehole layout、confirmation of marine soil parameters、fatigue failure、building、 piling、construction window period、transportation and installation of integral assembling of the offshore substation are put forward. [Conclusion] The conclusion of this paper is the reference for the risk management of offshore wind farm.
