Discussion on the Problems and Solutions of Contract Management in the Process of “Design Enterprise-engineering Company” Transformation

Abstract: [Introduction] As design enterprises are transforming to engineering companies, the old approach of income-based contract management can no longer meet the requirements of safe operation and risk control. [Method] Through the analysis of the contract review, this paper summarized the main problems and put forward some improvement measures and suggestions. [Result] In the process of transformation, only the suitable contract management system, can the engineering company operate in compliance and prevent risks. [Conclusion] The measures mentioned in this paper can provide useful references for the improvement of contract management system in the transformation process of the design enterprise to the engineering company.
