A Novel Socker Eye with Arcing Horn in Two Directions Fixing

  •   Objective  To solve the problem that the arcing horn fixing on insulator string of electric transmission line is limited by the direction of link fittings, a novel socker eye is designed, which can realize the arcing horn is fixed in two direction for different conditions.  Method  The main reason for the limitation of insalling arcing hole was that it can only be fixed in only direction on the common socker eye linking with insulator. The neck of the socker eye was designed as a square, and the arcing horn was fixed on the socker eye with hold hoop method.  Result  The novel socker eye meets the mechanical connection requirement for fittings, simplifies the installation of arcing horn, and improves the stability.  Conclusion  The research results are of universal significance and can be popularized in practical application.

  • 装设在输电线路绝缘子串上的招弧角可以提高绝缘子的使用寿命。当发生过电压时,安装在绝缘子串两端的招弧角形成的空气间隙先于绝缘子串被击穿,起到保护绝缘子串的作用。招弧角一般要求顺线路方向安装,在实际应用时,由于绝缘子串两端连接金具(多为球、碗类金具)的安装方向不同,导致招弧角安装受限。可双向安装招弧角的碗头挂板能有效解决这一问题,大大提高招弧角的安装和使用的灵活性和便捷性。

  • 在输电线路金具串型设计中,部分串型因电气性能要求需安装招弧角。较为方便的一种方式是把招弧角安装在与绝缘子串两端连接的球头挂板和碗头挂板上,常用的球头挂板和碗头挂板只有帽窝和与串中其它金具的连接孔,无法安装招弧角。为此,专门设计了中间带有招弧角安装单/双孔的球头挂板和碗头挂板,图1为一种常用的带双孔的球头挂板,图2为一种带单孔的碗头挂板。

    这种结构的球、碗金具解决了招弧角的安装问题,但有一个缺点是招弧角的安装方向受限制,金具串型结构确定后,球、碗金具上的招弧角安装孔的方向也相应固定,招弧角的连接结构需根据各个金具串中球、碗金具上的穿孔方向而特制,这就为招弧角的设计加工增加了麻烦,还可能会使招弧角的连接结构复杂化。

  • 为使招弧角灵活地在不同类型的金具串中切换安装方向,新设计一种球窝型绝缘子连接的碗头挂板,实现对招弧角的双向固定。

    整套碗头挂板包括三个部件:碗头本体、锁紧销和连接螺栓(单板及环型碗头无此部件),具体结构详见图3

  • 碗头本体1为钢制件,主要起机械连接承重作用,采用锻制工艺加工而成,包括帽窝和连接结构,如图4所示。

    帽窝为标准尺寸,根据相应的破坏载荷及连接标记,其尺寸依照相关标准设计制造,可配备R型或W型锁紧销,其结构略有不同,此部分结构和球窝型绝缘子上的脚球配装。帽窝的下端是碗头挂板的连接结构,包括U型连接双板和与帽窝之间的方颈结构,U型连接双板用于和绝缘子串中的单板连接金具配装,通过连接螺栓3实现二者之间活动连接。U型连接双板和帽窝之间是方颈结构,用于安装固定招弧角,方颈的方向和碗头挂板的连接螺栓3的方向呈45度布置,如图5所示。

  • 锁紧销2依照标准有R销和W销两种,用于球窝型绝缘子脚球和碗头挂板的帽窝配装后锁紧限位。安装时,先拔出R型或W型锁紧销,把绝缘子脚球和碗头帽窝配装,再插入锁紧销2,从而锁紧限位绝缘子脚球的活动空间,使脚球能在碗头帽窝中360度锥形旋转,又能保证脚球不会从碗头帽窝中脱出造成输电线路的掉串事故。

  • 连接螺栓3为成套的标准带销孔螺栓,用于碗头挂板U型连接双板和其它单板连接类金具之间的活动连接。根据碗头挂板的破坏载荷按标准选择相应规格和强度等级的带销孔螺栓。安装时,单板连接类金具的连接单板插入碗头挂板的U型连接双板中,连接螺栓3穿入重叠的连接孔中,用螺母和闭口销固定。

  • 招弧角的连接部分相应的设计为与方颈的方形截面匹配的抱箍结构,这样的设计和布置可使招弧角在顺连接螺栓3方向和垂直连接螺栓3方向上都能安装,满足碗头挂板在不同串型不同安装方位时均可安装相同结构的招弧角,如图8图9所示。

    方形截面连接设计,限制了招弧角垂直碗头挂板方向的转动,保证招弧角安装后不会绕碗头挂板转动。方颈的上下均设计有平台,以便招弧角抱箍安装后对抱箍起到限位作用,保证招弧角不会顺碗头挂板方向上下移动。方颈与碗头帽窝的衔接处设计为十字筋板结构,这种结构相对于单板衔接结构的碗头挂板增强了碗头挂板的抗弯性能,同时也使整体结构看起来相对协调。

  • 新型的双板型方颈碗头挂板,除实现输电线路中球窝型绝缘子脚球端与其它金具的机械连接要求外,还可以双向安装固定招弧角。特殊设计的方颈与连接螺栓45度夹角的布置方位,满足了招弧角相对碗头挂板连接螺栓方向的双向安装,使招弧角的安装不受碗头挂板在串型中安装方位不同的限制,方便了招弧角的设计制造,简化了招弧角的连接结构,同时也方便现场的施工安装。方颈的方形截面限制了招弧角安装后在垂直碗头挂板方向的转动,方颈上下两侧的平台结构,限制了招弧角安装后在顺碗头挂板方向的上下移动,使招弧角的安装更为牢固可靠。该新型碗头挂板拟在南方电网公司110 kV~500 kV交流输电线路金具标准设计中推广使用。
